Processing does not take place on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier performance, customs processing, local delivery conditions, or events outside our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the tracking number has been issued.
Tracking confirmation serves as proof that your order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. International Shipping, Customs & Import Fees

These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Rosvelta does not control customs processing times, import fees, duties, or local taxes. Customs delays, inspections, unpaid import fees, or local clearance issues are not valid grounds for canceling an order or requesting a refund once the order has been shipped.
If a customer refuses to pay required customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, the order may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or disposed of by local authorities or the carrier. In such cases, Rosvelta is not responsible for any resulting loss, delay, or non-delivery.
7. Address Changes
After an order is placed, our team works quickly to prepare it for processing and shipping.

Shipped orders cannot be canceled and will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Rosvelta is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
10. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:
- your mailbox or delivery area
- neighbors or household members
- building reception, parcel lockers, or local pickup points
- the shipping carrier’s tracking page
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier to open a delivery investigation.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Rosvelta is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.
11. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Claims submitted without supporting evidence or outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Packaging damage alone does not qualify for a refund or replacement if the product itself is intact and usable.
12. Lost or Untracked Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, please contact us at:

Rosvelta is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
13. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect the package from a pickup location, the package may be returned to sender, abandoned, or disposed of by the carrier.
If the package is returned to us and received successfully, we may offer reshipment or a refund according to the circumstances. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping fees, customs fees, and carrier charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed defective item.
