At Rosvelta, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible purchases made through our store. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

2. 30-Day Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days of approval. If the return is not shipped within that period, the return authorization may be canceled.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must have been purchased directly from Rosvelta
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be returned with all included components, accessories, manuals, tags, and original packaging, where applicable
- Proof of purchase is required
- The item must meet the product-specific eligibility conditions stated in this policy
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to eligible Rosvelta products.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, including normal trial use where applicable, provided that:
- the item is returned complete
- it is not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, negligence, or abnormal wear
- all accessories, parts, packaging, and included items are returned
- the item is not excluded from return for hygiene, safety, personalization, or legal reasons
If the returned item is incomplete, damaged beyond normal trial use, used in a way that makes it unsuitable for resale, or does not meet the requirements of this policy, the return may be refused or a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
5. Personal-Use, Hygiene, Consumable & Perishable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, unsealed, used, or consumed, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- consumable products
- personal-care products
- wellness products
- pet-use products
- food, treats, gummies, supplements, or ingestible items
- hygiene-sensitive accessories
- items that come into direct contact with the body, mouth, skin, hair, pets, or food
Unopened, unused, and fully sealed items in these categories may be eligible for return if requested within the applicable return period.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos and/or video showing the problem
- photos of the product packaging if relevant
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence, or outside the stated timeframe, may be denied.
7. Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected after they arrive at our designated return facility.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued only after inspection and approval. If an item does not meet the requirements of this policy, the return may be rejected.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- a defective item
- a damaged item
- an incorrect item sent by us
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Rosvelta is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
9. Bundles & Multi-Unit Orders
If a product was purchased as part of a bundle, discounted multi-unit offer, or promotional package, all items included in that bundle must be returned together in order to receive a full refund.
Partial returns of bundles may not be accepted.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.
If you would like a different item, variant, size, color, or bundle, please request a return for the original order, if eligible. Once approved, you may place a new order separately.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

12. Customs, Delays & Delivery Issues
Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, carriers, local postal services, incorrect address details, or events outside our control are not valid grounds for a refund.
If tracking shows that the order has been delivered, but you believe there is a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Rosvelta is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
13. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or sent in error:
- opened, used, consumed, or unsealed consumable products
- opened, used, or unsealed hygiene-sensitive products
- food, gummies, supplements, treats, or ingestible items once opened or unsealed
- personal-care or body-contact items once opened or used
- pet-use items once opened or used, where hygiene or safety concerns apply
- custom or personalized items
- gift cards
- final sale items, if marked as such at the time of purchase
14. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been opened or unsealed after delivery. This may include personal-use products, hygiene-sensitive products, consumables, food, gummies, supplements, pet-use items, or similar products where applicable.

15. Refund Processing
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
